Victory Day School Update 2019-2020

Week of February 24, 2020


    Please be aware that it is the season for sicknesses to occur. It is important that you watch for signs of sickness; such as a fever, coughing, and runny nose. The children should still be dressed for the Winter Season. Thank you!!
Birthday Celebration
     Journey Robinson’s birthday celebration will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020. You don’t have to send lunch on Monday.
“MIME” Rehearsal

     “Mime” Rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, February 25 at 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Tiller.
Physical Education

     Physical Education with Ms. Jones will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Please have scholars and prescholars in their Physical Education uniforms.
     D.E.A.R. – Drop Everything and Read will held on Thursdays from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
     Please make sure that Prescholars and Scholars have a book!

Professional Development

     Victory Day School will be closed on Friday, March 27, 2020 for Professional Development.
Resurrection Day Program
   The Resurrection Day Program for Victory Day School will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Easter Vacation

The Easter Vacation will start after the Resurrection Day Program. Victory Day School will reopen on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.

Emergency Closings!!!

         Victory Day School follows the Baltimore County Public Schools for Emergency Closings.
     If it starts snowing the night before a school day, please listen to the news to get an update concerning the closing of school.
     Victory Day School will open at 11:00 a.m. if there is a two hour delay. Thanks for your cooperation.

     We will continue to pray without ceasing for Mr. Bob, Dr. Hines, Mrs. Miller, Mr. Pompey, Pastor Mike, Pastor Peggy’s Mom, Mr. Leon, Ms. Star, Brian, Wendell, and Grandma Liz.
